These are Domo's rules of use — the app for organizing your home with the people you share it with. By using it, you accept what follows. It's written in plain language, not legalese.
By creating an account or using Domo you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
To use Domo you sign in with Apple or Google. You're responsible for keeping access to that account and for the activity from yours. Domo is for personal, non-commercial use.
Domo is a collaborative tool: you create or join a "group" (your home) and, together with the others in that group, you enter expenses, chores, and a shopping list. What you enter is visible to the members of your group.
You agree not to:
The data you enter (expenses, amounts, chores, shopping) is yours and your group's. We don't claim ownership; we only process it to deliver the service, as explained in the Privacy Policy. You're responsible for the accuracy of what you enter.
Amounts in Domo are numbers people type by hand to organize among themselves. Domo doesn't connect to banks or cards, moves no real money, and provides no financial, accounting, or legal advice. The balances it shows are an aid to get organized, not a document with legal standing.
We do our best to keep Domo working well, but it's provided "as is", with no guarantee that it's always available or error-free. We may update, change, or discontinue features to improve the app.
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the app, or for errors in the data people enter. Domo is an aid to get organized; decisions about your home's money are yours.
You can stop using Domo whenever you want and delete your account from Settings → Delete account. The expense history you shared stays in the group, detached from you, so it doesn't alter the others' balances (see the Privacy Policy).
If we change these Terms, we'll update the date above. Continued use of Domo means acceptance of the current version.
