Domo is an app for organizing your home with the people you share it with: expenses, chores, and shopping, all in one place. This policy explains, in plain language, what data we touch, what for, and the control you have over it.
Domo is developed and operated by Agustín López ("we"). You can reach us about any privacy matter at aguslop0921@gmail.com.
Only what the app needs to work. Specifically:
Domo uses Sign in with Apple or with Google. From that we receive:
We don't handle or store your password: Apple or Google does the authentication.
So Domo is useful, we store what you enter:
Amounts are numbers you type: Domo doesn't connect to banks or cards, and collects no real financial data from any institution.
We use your data only to run the app: show and sync your home's expenses, chores, and shopping; compute balances and budgets; and keep you signed in. Nothing else.
We don't use your data for advertising, don't sell it, and don't hand it to third parties for commercial purposes.
Domo includes no third-party analytics, measurement, or tracking tools (no analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs). We don't follow your activity outside the app.
Domo is collaborative: the expenses, chores, and shopping you enter are visible to the other people in the home you belong to, along with your name and colour. Only people who enter with an invite code and are approved by a member are part of a home. We don't share your data with homes you don't belong to.
For the app to exist, we rely on:
These providers process data on our behalf, only to deliver the service, and each has its own privacy policy.
Your data is stored on infrastructure managed by Supabase. It's transmitted encrypted (HTTPS) between your phone and the server.
We keep your data while your account exists. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account.
Deleting your account removes your user. So it doesn't break the accounts of the other people in your home, the expense history you shared stays in the home, detached from you (without your identity): that way the other members' balances stay correct. It's the same logic that keeps a shared ledger from corrupting when someone leaves.
Purchase history is kept for roughly the last month inside the app.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights (for example, portability or objection). We handle them through the same contact.
We protect your data with reasonable technical measures: encryption in transit (HTTPS) and database-level access rules that stop one home from seeing another's data. No system is 100% foolproof, but we treat your data with care and fix the problems we find.
Domo is not directed at people under 13 and we don't knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor gave us data, write to us and we'll delete it.
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above and, if the change is significant, let you know inside the app. Continued use of Domo means acceptance of the current version.
For any question about this policy or your data: aguslop0921@gmail.com.
Domo — Agustín López. The amounts you see in the app are data people enter by hand; Domo does not access real bank accounts.
