Something not working, or a question? Write to us and we'll get back to you.
We reply within 48 business hours. Tell us your phone model and what happened; add a screenshot if you can.
You sign in with Apple or Google, confirm your name, and then create a group (your home) or join one with an invite code. When you create a group you become the admin and can start adding expenses, chores, and shopping.
When you join an existing home, a member who's already in has to approve your entry. It's a safeguard so no one gets into the home's data without permission. Ask that person to open Domo and accept you; as soon as they do, you're in.
In the app: Settings → Delete account. Your user is removed. So the other people's balances stay correct, the expense history you shared stays in the home but detached from your identity.
No. Amounts are numbers you type. Domo doesn't connect to any bank, card, or real account, and it asks for no sensitive phone permissions (no location, contacts, or camera).
Yes: Domo is collaborative. Expenses, chores, and the shopping list are shared with the people in your home, along with your name and colour. They're not shared with homes you don't belong to.
Try closing and reopening the app, and check you have a connection. If it still won't work, write to us at aguslop0921@gmail.com telling us which provider you used (Apple or Google) and what error you saw.
